Due to reduced on-campus operations, our office in SASB North is currently closed. The Cashier’s Office staff will be working remotely until further notice.

Please be aware that the time frame for refunds is shorter in the Summer Term. This is because Summer School is self-supporting and relies on tuition revenues to pay instructors. Once the session starts, it quickly becomes too late to cancel a class due to a reduction in enrollment.

Students are required to sign up for direct deposit in order for the Cashier’s Office to most quickly deliver any credit balances directly to their bank accounts.

Once early registration closes for the semester and tuition bills have been generated, students must prepay before they can register for class in the upcoming semester.
