The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has engaged Heartland ECSI, Inc. (ECSI) as the servicer for all UNC campus-based student loans. Servicing of your UNC campus-based student loan will transfer from UNC Loan Repayment Services to ECSI on or about February 1, 2020.

Payment plans for tuition and fees are offered through Tuition Management Systems, Inc.
