Fall 2020 Parent PLUS loans have been disbursed to student accounts. Parents may take one of the following actions if the loan exceeds the charges:
- If you would like for us to send the refund to your student instead of you via direct deposit, please indicate so at the 2020-2021 Parent Plus Refund page. Direct deposit refunds can be in the student’s bank account in approximately two to three business days.
- If you would prefer a paper refund check be mailed to you, please confirm a mailing address at the 2020-2021 Parent Plus Refund page. Please expect at least a two-week delay for a paper check to be mailed.
- If you do not need the refund, and you would like to reduce your Fall 2020 Parent PLUS Loan, please email ssa_loans@unc.edu.
